Margaret Goding is the former Director of Health Service Demand and Mental Health at St.Vincent’s Health.  In recognition of her outstanding contribution to public mental health services over the last 15 years, she was awarded an Australian Public Service Medal in 2007. She was privileged to participate in the major reform of Victorian mental health services from 1992 to 1998, and greatly values the opportunity to share some of the lessons learned. In her 35 years as a clinical psychologist, she has worked in the public and private sectors.  She is currently a member of the Victorian Government Ministerial Advisory Committee.
